Home re-inspections are often overlooked, but are still an important part of a home purchase. If the seller agrees to make any repairs after the initial home inspection, the buyer has the right to have the repairs “re-inspected” to ensure that the repairs have been appropriately completed. These repairs need to be performed in accordance to current code and by a licensed and bonded professional (contractor, electrician, plumber, etc.). We have spent many years in these trades and know that even qualified contractors can make mistakes or take shortcuts, especially when working under the time constraints of a real estate transaction. We want our customers to be satisfied with their real estate purchase, which is why we encourage our clients to consider re-inspections.
Tabor Northwest charges a flat rate of $125 for a Re-inspection and customers receive the updated report within 12 hours.
